Program Objectives

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to: 

  • Internalise the benefits of a coaching culture.
  • Support and sustain a coaching culture towards becoming the No. 1 Bank in Malaysia.
  • Increase level of communication and feedback skills in building relationships.
  • Apply skills like listening, questioning, receiving feedback and building trust in their daily lives. 



Instructor-led classroom training, using activities, role-play, group sharing and discussion, live coaching, and demonstration


Program Outline 

This 2-day program is experiential in nature and focus on the skills required to live and support the coaching culture.

The workshop focuses on how a staff can play their role to support a coaching culture by acquiring and practising the following:
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Coaching
  • Building an effective team
  • Inspire and influence
  • Leaving a legacy
