Kevin had more than 10 years of experience in human development training and personal breakthrough coaching. Kevin is now a much-sought after corporate trainer, conference speaker, and peak performance coach. His corporate world experience includes holding a Vice President position to head the Learning & Development department at a local financial institution. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Vice President in one of the leading foreign banks in Malaysia.

Kevin advocates the notion of “Do What You Love and Love What You Do” to empower his audience and the people around him. He was also invited to speak at the 15^th Annual World Conference on Cooperative Education in Singapore and the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent (MIEA) Convention in 2007.

One of the key highlights of his achievement as a peak performance coach was to conduct a peak performance session for the 23^rd SEA Games Malaysian Contingent. He was also invited to coach the Malaysia Bowling Team Elite Squad bowlers to improve on their mental strength. Among the bowling players he coach include Esther Cheah, the 2005 Women’s World Championships Singles Gold Medallist. Kevin also coached the Malaysia Men’s Hockey Team to prepare them for the Champions Trophy & Olympic Qualifying tournaments.
